(BCTT) in business since May, 2000, is a Baltimore City based, private minority owned and operated corporation serving children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who are at risk of removal from the home, community, or who are transitioning from residential settings back into the community. BCTT also serves clients in the Montgomery/ Prince Georges County areas from its Silver Spring office.
